Pozdnyakov V.G., the director of the CSAL together with D-r Mangstl A., the director of FAO’s Library and Documentation Systems Division and the director of FAO’s Knowledge Exchange and Capacity Building Division have led an opening ceremony of the FAO Depositary Library with the participation of Mr. Demes M., Information Systems Officer of the FAO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia, Mr. Bunin M.S., the deputy director of the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF, Mr. Yakimushkin A.V., the head of the Division for Relations with International Organizations and Foreign Representative Offices and other experts from the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF and the CSAL. After the end of the ceremony Dr. Mangstl has held a seminar «Knowledge Management in the 21st Century - FAO's Experience» for specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RF, the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the CSAL and heads of agricultural libraries of Moscow and Moscow region.
